Now, with regard to the processes of remote viewing, some issues need to be clarified. First, viewers do not view a remote target and then gather the information with their five physical senses. Remote viewing provides information about things and situations through energy signatures that are distant in space and time from local surroundings. And if such information proves to have some degree of accuracy, it is clearly legitimate to ponder what senses and sensing systems have activated in order to make the distant information accessible remotely. This is one facet of higher sensory ability that is a naturally developed function of expanded human consciousness when the individual's mental focus is being directed to develop these abilities.

Prior to the onset of discoveries of thousands of cellular information receptors existing throughout the biological networks of the human nervous system, there was hardly anything mainstream that shed any light on how interactions with distant information could be made possible by discerning energy signatures that form intelligent information. Human cell receptors exist because they are a full part of the human genome and human [[Lightbody]] system. Thus, energetic information is constantly being downloaded from the outer fields of the [[Planetary Grid Network]]s into the [[Collective Consciousness]] layers of all individuals of the human species.

Once the combined dimensions of human information receptors are appropriately grasped and understood as the inherent function of the activated human [[Lightbody]], it can be seen that the human receptor range of the [[EMF|electromagnetic field]] is quite astonishing. An example is sensing receptors in the [[Pineal Gland]], if the gland is in good health, these receptors are continuously busy sensing the patterns of sun light and its changing conditions. This particular sensing ability is usually taking place beneath the [[Conscious Mind]] awareness of the person. The sun is at great distance from the Earth, and so it can be thought that pineal gland receptors are naturally remote viewing the sun and solar activity, as the result of the pineal gland's inherent intelligent design. In addition to the pineal gland receptors, which also function at the X-ray level, many other energetic receptors of a similar nature have been identified in human cell receptors with respect to distant sensing and remote perceptions when accessing a focal point in another location. These energy receptors exist within the [[Nadial Structure]] that forms the etheric blueprint of the central nervous system, which is the intelligence function of the [[Chakra]] system located within the multidimensional layers of the human [[Lightbody]].

And so not only are various kinds of [[Remote Viewing]] experiences made possible with human consciousness development, but these higher sensory abilities are already taking place throughout the human nervous system, albeit at levels usually beneath conscious awareness of them actually happening. Another issue has to do with what kind of content can be perceived or allowed within conscious awareness when it is based on fixed belief systems and what kind of energetic content does not get perceived into conscious awareness within each person because their subconscious mind is actively blocking that content from unhealed trauma. This, in turn, has to do with how parameters of conscious awareness are being conditioned to function throughout a variety of manufactured environmental exposures, genetic causes and social conditions. It makes sense that mass [[Mind Control]] programming can be used to desensitize awareness of natural human consciousness functions, in order to render these sensory abilities dormant or unable to register and assign meanings to actual events that are taking place in the individual's consciousness. As we are well aware, many of these higher sensory functions are not developed in the majority of the human race, and development of higher senses are being intentionally damaged through consistent exposure to many levels of environmental noise, toxins and trauma based mind control programming.

When fear and noise cloud our perceptions, the resulting mental-image impressions can formulate into distortions or bend into personal preference overlays that obscure the energy signature of the original electromagnetic signals. But these frequency patterns can still carry bits of information that is contained within the original signals, whereby some of that data may be deciphered or translated by that person at a percentage of accuracy.
