	Along with structural shifts that have occurred in the planetary architecture, as well as rippling throughout the Solar System, since the end of last year there are major changes occurring in the Guardian Host Administration levels. The changing of the guard reflects a new Cosmic Management Structure that is designed to serve the changing needs of the varieties of human and non-human groups that require different stages of spiritual rehabilitation and transiting during this phase of [[Embodiment]].
