The Blue Ray forms into a gestalt of four Universal Harmonic Layers of the Universal Families of Blue Ray Consciousness, the Universal Melchizedek Lineages of Blue Flame Melchizedeks that incarnated as the 12 Essene Tribes or Essenes.

There are Three Primal Order Sound Fields within the Threefold Founder Flame that make up the Ray aspects of the entire Universal creation, and the Blue Ray is of the First Order of Emanation. The Highest Order of the Emerald Order Blue Ray Family emanate from the 13th Pillar Gate of the Mother of God aspect, Mother Arc which is the first layer projected from the Zero Point Universal God Core. This First Order Blue Ray Family are the esoteric 144,000 Genetic Timekeepers or the original Melchizedek Timekeeper Templars of our Universal Time Matrix and were known in the Egyptian and Sirian histories as the holders of the Code of The Blue Nile. Many Galactic Wars throughout human and non-human extraterrestrial history have been waged for gaining control and access to this Ancient Builder Technology code, which holds essentially every genetic key that allows access into the highest kingdoms of God, or access into the God worlds.

Within each of the four layers exists the higher harmonic of the original blue octave, however as the consciousness fragments itself to manifest into the lower octaves of the time matrix it has been greatly dissipated or damaged. This distortion happens from its time spent within spaces that have been damaged within the time matrices where the polarity system exists. This damage has also been caused by deliberate enslavement programs imprinted in the blueprint, that impact and harm the level of consciousness that exists there. This damage is way beyond our 3D physical reality and the Guardian Host consciousness is working to heal and release consciousness enslaved beings from many phantom dimensional planes.

The 13th Pillar bio-circuitry system has been connected and is being held down by a very small group of embodied Cosmic Ascended Masters, that can hold one or more layers of the Aqua Ray coding, holding the original Blue Ray levels of coding that function as the genetic timekeepers for the entire Universal Time Matrix. These are the Blue Ray Holders and those of the First Order, Blue Flame Melchizedeks, which are very few in numbers that have been fully embodied on the planet. Systematically Indigos with the genetic coding capability to regenerate their Silicate Matrix are being circuited and linked to become conduits of holders of the blue flames of the Aqua Ray, out of necessity to stabilize it permanently into the planetary field and the Earth Core. Many of us may feel prompted to call in or anchor 13D Blue Ray or Aquamarine Blue Frequency because of this major frequency shift into the Aqualine Sun that is happening on the planet. This process of recoding the 6D Indigo chakra wave spectrum is a massive Guardian Gridworker project underway that began with a major planetary power grid takeover-conflict made by the NAA that was designed to prevent Indigo awakening. Small amounts of Christos Starseed beings that are in agreement to help with this project have been experimenting with the Guardian Host on how to recode the Indigo harmonic structure with the Aqua Ray to override reversal distortions that are running within the 6D spectrum and dimensional field. Recent blue flame transmissions from the Emerald Order are designed to activate the Essene tribal shield coding in the incarnated Indigo lines, and is currently underway.

Universal Melchizedek Lineages
With the current activation cycle there are new opportunities for repair and rehabilitation at higher dimensional levels, effecting Universal Melchizedek Lineages, the Blue Flame Melchizedeks. This is also awakening new levels of memory recovery, to identify factions that have historically and are currently working against humanity and the Ascension process. We are looking at who these factions are behind current attempts to hijack collective awakening, as well as the weaknesses they play on. As the veils that hide the NAA agendas are getting thinner, many of us are recollecting more pieces of our true history, while simultaneously activating more aspects of our original blueprints and consciousness coding.

Yeshua Essene Manuscripts
During the Founder Guardian Yeshua Mission, it was the purpose of Yeshua through access to his higher embodiment as a Universal Blue Flame Melchizedek, to help regain control over the Essene Christos Templar translations from the 12 holographic discs. His embodiment was divinely purposed to retrieve much of the Founder Records, by transferring that information into written manuscripts and sacred texts in order to return this spiritual knowledge of the Inner Christos back to all of humanity. This knowledge included humanities true origins from the planet Tara that extended from other Universes, and the historical accounts from the Luciferian Rebellion and Atlantian Cataclysm as directly given to him from the Emerald Founder records. The Yeshua Essene team included his genetic equal wife and twelve people that acted in the role of grid workers, to run rainbow frequencies into the earth ley lines. They were organized with the mission to help realign the planetary grid network and stargate system, from outside of the control of the alien invaders. The spiritual mission was to restore alignment back to the angelic humans and the true representatives of Christos consciousness on the earth, when the Stargates finally opened during the Ascension Cycle.

Universal Melchizedek Lineages
[[File:Bdfem3.jpg|thumb| Cosmic Blue Dragons and Blue Flame Melchizedeks (art by Omnilov3)]]

The Universal Melchizedek Lineages emanate through the Cosmic Azure Blue Sun, as the Melchizedek Order that exists in the God Worlds outside of dimensionalization of time. The Cosmic Azure Blue Sun make up the families of Melchizedek which birth forth into the Universal Time Matrix, through the 13D Sphere in the Cosmic Trinity of the 13D-14D-15D Threefold Founder Flame. The Eiyana Elaysa-Melchizedek Universal Cathedrals and Ancient Builder Technology is intrinsic to the creational blueprint of our time matrix, in which many of the original Melchizedek Azurites Emerald Order families held the Universal Blue Star Templar codes and protected the Code of the Blue Nile Cosmic Cube Blueprints from the Eye of God matrices.

The Universal Melchizedek families became fallen and disconnected from the God source, losing their connection to the Mother Arc suffering genetic digression when the Universal Staff of the 13th Pillar was destroyed through the Galactic Wars resulting from many alien invasions in the Universal Time Matrix. ==Solar Dragon Guinevere, Universal Mother of Blue Nile==
[[File:Guineverenile.jpg|thumb|Universal Mother of the Blue Nile (art by Omnilov3)]]
The Triple Solar Goddess Maharas that embody the Solar Logos, Tiamati sapphire principle and the Blue Flame of Amenti, were tasked with the retrieval of King Arthur’s counterpart Guinevere by identifying and locating her hijacked Melchizedek Blue Nile Templar and missing Cosmic Mother Rainbow Dragon body parts. Cosmic Mother’s emanation within the Universal Master Templar Quadrata as Solar Dragon Guinevere reveals to be the Universal Mother of the Blue Nile, in which her Melchizedek Blue Nile Ankh Body was found to be shattered or missing throughout many dimensional layers, such as during the tragic events of the Lemurian Holocaust and the Albigensian Crusades in France. Through reconnaissance, her organic consciousness body parts were found to be strewn and embedded throughout the NAA invader’s AI driven alien machinery transmitting clone warfare copied genetics modified through an onslaught of lunar female demonic forces outfitted with artificially generated Sirius B Azurite, Egyptian-Serres Royal House genetics and cloned Melchizedek Blue Nile templates.

The highest order of the Blue Flame Melchizedek Family emanates from the Mother Arc 13th Pillar circuitry which opens into the Arc Zone, which connects into all of the Mother Arc of Covenant Stargates. The first order of the Blue Flame Melchizedek family is the esoteric 144,000 that carry the genetic code of the Blue Nile Templar Timekeepers of this Universal Time Matrix and are known in the Egyptian and Sirian histories as the holders of the Code of the Blue Nile. Many Galactic Wars throughout human and non-human extraterrestrial histories were waged for gaining control over the Melchizedek Blue Nile Templars or gaining access to this code for the NAA invader genetic experiments for alien hybrid embodiments. The Universal Mother of Melchizedek Blue Nile Templar holds essentially every possible genetic key in the Kryst-Krystallah code creation that allows access into the highest kingdoms of God, or opens the Neutron Window into the Stairway to Heaven into Diamond Ashalum for access into the 1st God World Creation.

The Neutron Window of Zero Point is what generates the 13th Stargate that opens through the unification of the 12 Stargates blending into One (12 into 1), through a phase lock process that happens between the Milky Way Core and the Andromedan Core. The phase lock continues between Universal Cores within several Universal Quadrants that opens a two-way access and exiting point between the Lower Seven Heaven time matrices and the Higher Seven Heaven matrices opening into the Andromedan Mother matrix of Aquaelle-Aquafey Twinned Hierogamic Suns of the Aqualasha Diamond Heart matrix.

The Cosmic Universal Mother of the Melchizedek Blue Nile Templar that emanates as King Arthur’s counterpart Solar Dragon Guinevere is the genetic keyholder that opens every single dimensional lock throughout the entirety of these nested 144 Cosmic Matrices.

The Universal Mother’s Blue Flame Essene Christos Templars and original Hyperborean descendants of the 11th and 12th Celtic Tribes were holding the genetic keys of Zion igniting the Zhyrah spark used for time travelling, and incarnated in order to complete the Universal Rod and Staff Arthurian Grail mission by embodying the hierogamic union template to function as Aeonic Pair Master Timekeepers. The Cosmic Mother and Father’s Master Rainbow Timekeeper Templar is utilized by the Founder Solar Rishi-Reisha to help rebuild and override the Blended Earth realities of the phantom matrix that are running the AI Assimilation Timelines. The Paliadorian Solar Dragon Kings are shifting timelines through ongoing time traveling missions utilizing the authentic Zionite coding that is changing dark matter properties. This is for preparing sequences for each dimensional level of the Throne Rooms required for the Cosmic Mother and Cosmic Father’s Universal Starhuman Hierogamic Couple to enter into dimensionalization through the Emerald-Ruby Twinned Diamond Heart of the Albion as King Arthur and Queen Guinevere.

As the Mahara Reisha are preparing for the seating of King Arthur's divine counterpart Queen Guinevere, the building of her Universal Elaysa-Melchizedek Eiyana-Eiyani Cathedral networks are to anchor the Cosmic Spirit Suns of Eireayanas flowering sophianic plasma fields of holy spirits, that are designed to restore the Cosmic Amoraea Shield throughout the Emerald-Ruby Twinned Diamond Heart networks. Current focus is upon the merge of the Aquamarine Crystal Templars running Mother Arc and Cosmic Manu Holy Spirit within the Emerald Crystal Heart Templars that are undergoing restoration and are transmitting the holy spirit emanations of the Eireayanas, which are finally being reunited within the Blue Flame Female Melchizedek’s Mu’a and the Blue Solar Reisha Dragon Ankh Body. The Cosmic Mother's Eiyana-Eiyani Cathedral is being reconnected through Cosmic Mother’s Guinevere emanation in her Blue Nile Melchizedek Eiyana template which is encoded through the authentic Melchizedek Blue Dragons into the Cosmic Celtic Heart of Zion Templar Shields that are inside of Cosmic Father’s emanation as King Arthur and his counterpart Guinevere’s Emerald-Ruby Twinned Diamond Heart Matrix.
